Grow Your Practice

Three questions

They take a few minutes. What you say you need does not sit in a form — it goes to your Facilitator as a live request, and comes back as people with phone numbers.

Checking whether you are signed in…

Answer as the business owner you are, not as the specialist you sell as.

Nobody else sees these answers except your Facilitator. Being optimistic here builds the wrong programme, so say the real number and the real obstacle.

How much more income or turnover do you actually want?
A number and a timeframe beats “more”. It is what everything else gets measured against.
What would you need to get there?
This is the one that turns into introductions. People, skills, systems, tools — whatever is missing. Be specific: “a bookkeeper” finds you someone, “support” does not.
What are the next three things stopping you?
The real ones, in the order they bite. If two of them are the same thing wearing different clothes, say that.

What happens next. Your Facilitator sees what you need, ARC works out which specialists fit it, and they hand you the details of the ones worth talking to. You are on the other end of that same introduction when another specialist needs what you do.
