For specialists who want more work, better work, or a practice that runs without them in every job. A diagnostic reads where your practice actually is — then the things you need turn into introductions, not a reading list.
A structured programme for Solutions Providers, built around one idea: the specialist who needs help is also a business owner.
You spend your working life solving other people’s problems. This programme starts from the ones stopping you — the bookkeeping you never do, the marketing you keep meaning to fix, the fact that nothing moves unless you personally move it.
It begins with three questions. How much more turnover you actually want. What you would need to get there. And the next three things standing in the way. That is the diagnostic, and it is the engine of the programme rather than an intake form.
This is the part that makes it a programme rather than a plan.
What you say you need does not sit in a form. It goes to your Facilitator as a live request, ARC works out which specialists fit it, and your Facilitator hands you their details and tells them you are coming.
So the bookkeeper you said you needed arrives as a person with a phone number, introduced by someone you both know. And when another specialist says they need what you do, you are on the other end of the same introduction.
That is the whole mechanism. Specialists grow by buying from each other, and ARC is what makes that visible instead of accidental.
Five rungs, nine things on each. Each one ticks itself when the thing is actually done — there is nothing to mark off, and nothing you can claim without having done it.
Worth knowing before you say yes:
A specialist who reaches A is not just busier. They have a hub that trades, a community of their own, peers who vouch for their work, and someone they brought in running their own room. The practice has stopped depending on them being in every job.
All of this happens inside ARC, so the first step is a profile of your own. The specialist presentation walks you through what ARC is and takes you straight into registering — the same doorway every Solutions Provider comes through.
Once you are in you get a Facilitator, your place in the register, and the diagnostic that decides what your programme is.

Take the diagnostic. It is three questions, it takes a few minutes, and what you say you need goes to your Facilitator as a live request rather than into a file.
