Programme overview

Grow Your Practice

For specialists who want more work, better work, or a practice that runs without them in every job. A diagnostic reads where your practice actually is — then the things you need turn into introductions, not a reading list.

What it is

A structured programme for Solutions Providers, built around one idea: the specialist who needs help is also a business owner.

You spend your working life solving other people’s problems. This programme starts from the ones stopping you — the bookkeeping you never do, the marketing you keep meaning to fix, the fact that nothing moves unless you personally move it.

It begins with three questions. How much more turnover you actually want. What you would need to get there. And the next three things standing in the way. That is the diagnostic, and it is the engine of the programme rather than an intake form.

What happens to your answers

This is the part that makes it a programme rather than a plan.

What you say you need does not sit in a form. It goes to your Facilitator as a live request, ARC works out which specialists fit it, and your Facilitator hands you their details and tells them you are coming.

So the bookkeeper you said you needed arrives as a person with a phone number, introduced by someone you both know. And when another specialist says they need what you do, you are on the other end of the same introduction.

That is the whole mechanism. Specialists grow by buying from each other, and ARC is what makes that visible instead of accidental.

Who it is for

How it runs

Five rungs, nine things on each. Each one ticks itself when the thing is actually done — there is nothing to mark off, and nothing you can claim without having done it.

E
Say who you are and what you sell
Your industry tags, your offer, and a description of your perfect client — the last one is what the matcher actually reads. Plus the decisions: mentoring, the advisory panel, your own clients community.
D
Start moving
Invite your first five, build the room to twenty-five, run your first event, answer three asks and make three introductions. The first rung where other people are involved.
C
Find a rhythm
Your offer into the register, a repeating rhythm rather than bursts, ten asks answered, ten introductions made, and the first time a peer recognises your work. Your room reaches fifty.
B
Own the room
Your hub agrees its structure, you post an opportunity and decide who gets it, you offer more than one thing, and an introduction you made lands. Your community reaches a hundred and you own it.
A
Trading, and teaching
Your hub trades. An opportunity you posted gets filled. Twenty-five introductions made, ten peers who vouch for you, two hundred and fifty in your community — and someone you brought in now owns theirs.

What it asks of you

Worth knowing before you say yes:

What it leads to

A specialist who reaches A is not just busier. They have a hub that trades, a community of their own, peers who vouch for their work, and someone they brought in running their own room. The practice has stopped depending on them being in every job.

There are no cohort dates on this page. The diagnostic runs first and what it finds decides what happens next, so timing is arranged with your Facilitator. If you see a date quoted anywhere else, check it with them before planning around it.
