What it is

A structured programme for founders, built around one idea: no two founders need the same sixteen workshops.

Most programmes hand everyone the same curriculum and let people work out for themselves which parts apply. This one starts with a diagnostic that reads where you actually are in your startup journey, and builds a programme to fit — which of the sixteen workshops you take, how many you sit, and how many hours a week you are realistically able to give it.

The diagnostic is the engine of the programme, not an intake form. It runs before anything is scheduled, and what it produces is your programme rather than the programme.

Who it is for

Founders early in a build — you have a direction and need structure, a team and traction, in that order.
Founders partway in — something is working and something is stuck, and you want the workshops that address the stuck part rather than all sixteen.
Established operators who are founder-shaped — you already run something, and it is the founder material you need rather than the member material. Access follows community membership, not your profile type, so you do not have to become something else to reach it.

How it runs

Orientation

Find your way around, meet your Facilitator, and get placed. This rung is about knowing where things are before you commit time to them.

Set up your platform

The groups, the board and the room you will actually work in. A place to talk, a place to find help, a place to grow.

Put your positions out

Empty roles are the reason to invite people in. You post what you need and learn how to promote it.

Fill and activate

The step that matters most — the first role filled and the first real conversation. This is where it stops being a plan.

Built, and mentoring

You have built the thing. You start again at E as a guide for the next founder, which is how the network teaches itself.

Alongside the rungs sit the sixteen workshops, grouped into four modules — foundations, traction, strengthening the enterprise, then scaling and leadership — and the Founders Lounge, the space where they live along with the other founders going through it at the same time.

Each workshop is 90 minutes, live, with ten places, and produces nine things you keep: frameworks, registers, plans and dashboards that go into your Operating System rather than notes you never open again.

What it asks of you

Worth knowing before you say yes:

Hours, weekly. The diagnostic asks how many you can give and builds to that — but a programme you give nothing to returns nothing. Be honest in the diagnostic rather than optimistic.
A cohort moves together. The group is part of the mechanism, not an add-on. Turning up matters to other people, not only to you.
It is sequential. Each rung opens when the last is done. You cannot skip to the interesting part, and that is deliberate.

What it leads to

A founder who reaches A has built a working community around their business and is in a position to mentor the next one. Some founders go on to establish themselves as specialists inside ARC — that is a recognised step, handled when it happens, and it does not change your member number or your history.

Cohort dates are not set on this page. Start dates are arranged with your Facilitator, because the diagnostic runs first and what it finds may change which cohort suits you. If you see a date quoted anywhere else, check it with them before you plan around it.
