How it works
The diagnostic is the engine of this programme, not an intake form.
Most programmes hand everyone the same curriculum and let people work out for themselves which parts apply. This one starts by reading where you actually are, and builds a module set to fit — which workshops you take, how many you sit, and how many hours a week you can give it.
What you tick below is the beginning of that. It is not a commitment and it is not a booking — it tells us what to build for you.
The sixteen workshops
Each one runs 90 minutes, live on Zoom, ten places, and splits across two sessions so you can take it in one sitting or two. Each produces nine things you keep — frameworks, registers, plans and dashboards that go into your Operating System.
Tick the ones that would help you most. There is no wrong number — ticking four is as useful an answer as ticking sixteen.

Six of the sixteen carry an extension. Three go deeper when you already have the basics working
(marketing, technology, scaling), and three are diagnostic — for when the cash runs short, growth has stalled,
or you are still the operator. Your diagnostic decides whether you need them; you do not have to choose now.
