Your referral fee to ARC
This is what ARC earns when a member you're introduced to converts.
By submitting, I agree to the ARC Service Provider Agreement:
I will contact every ARC-introduced lead within 48 hours.
I will provide outcome updates within 7 days.
I will pay the agreed referral fee to ARC on conversion.
I understand that referrals from the ARC community come from multiple sources, including introductions from other members and leads generated through ARC events and workshops.
I understand ARC facilitates connections and does not guarantee lead volume, quality, or conversion outcomes.
I will represent ARC professionally, act in each member's best interest, and keep member information confidential.
Community confidentiality
One last thing. A light, mutual agreement that protects you and everyone else in ARC.
Joining ARC means joining a community built on trust. Members and Service Providers share real information about their businesses, their clients, and their challenges. That only works if everyone keeps what they learn inside the community. This is a light, mutual agreement, in plain English, that protects all of us.
1. What is confidential. Anything not public that you learn through ARC. That includes ARC's own systems, methods, tools, network structure, and how it operates. It also includes the private information of other members and Service Providers: their business details, their clients, their numbers, and anything shared in confidence inside the community.
2. Keep it inside the community. You will not share, publish, or pass confidential information to anyone outside ARC, and you will use it only to serve members and do your work within ARC. Not to compete, not to poach, not to solicit another member's clients or another Service Provider's relationships.
3. It protects you too. Everyone else in ARC is bound by the same agreement toward you and your business. What you share is protected the same way.
4. ARC's property stays ARC's. ARC's tools, systems, brand, and methods remain owned by ARC. This agreement gives you no rights to them beyond using them as part of the network.
5. Common-sense limits. This does not cover information that is already public, that you already knew, or that you are legally required to disclose. It lasts while you are part of ARC and for a reasonable time after.
This is about trust, not red tape. We keep each other's information safe so the whole community can be open with each other. That openness is what makes ARC work.
🎉
Welcome to ARC!
You're now part of the ARC network. Two things to keep.
