Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
Yes. You can move between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in. All paid tiers are month-to-month. Cancel any time from your member portal.
What is a Pillar diagnostic?
A Pillar is a structured tool built around a specific business challenge — cashflow, sales conversion, pricing, hiring, and more. You complete it, your Facilitator reviews it, and the right specialist is briefed on your situation before you speak to them. Your first Pillar is free; the $149/month Pillar Progression membership opens the rest of the Pillars in your Hub, one at a time as you complete each.
What is the Google search visibility program?
Available at Level 3, this program structures your ARCverse presence and community activity to rank at the top of Google search results for your discipline and location. It is managed by ARC — you do not configure or manage it yourself.
What is the Member Business Growth Fund?
A fund available to Level 3 members that provides interest-free loans to finance ARC solutions and services. Members who access the fund pay back over time, with a small monthly license fee replacing interest. ARC's way of removing the cost barrier to growth.
Do my existing clients stay mine if I join?
Absolutely. Your client relationships are yours. ARCverse is a value-add for the people you already serve — they get access to a broader network, events, and specialist connections that increase their loyalty to you.
What is MR WIZARD?
MR WIZARD is ARC's AI-powered business development tool, available to Level 3 members. It works alongside your Facilitator to help you map business development opportunities, structure proposals, and plan growth — using the full context of your ARC history.
