How to use arcverse.world

ARCverse is the platform layer of the Australian Resource Centre — a network connecting Australian business owners with vetted specialists, groups, education, and opportunities. This manual covers every feature available, how to use it, and what happens behind the scenes.

💡
You're reading v1.0 of the ARCverse User Manual. The platform is in Beta. Features are being added continuously. If something doesn't work or you have a suggestion, use the Feedback strip at the bottom of any page.

How ARCverse is organised

🆕 ARC Solutions

The Solutions pillar is the main entry point for members. It contains three sub-sections:

Education info events

Clicking Solutions → Education takes you to info events and sessions run by ARC — a good starting point if you want to understand the network before committing to a specialist.

Wealth Creation events

Solutions → Wealth Creation surfaces wealth creation sessions and opportunities for business owners ready to think beyond day-to-day operations.

Solutions — VV Offers (the main flow)

This is the four-step offer selection flow. Here's how it works:

1
Choose categories
Select 1–3 business challenge categories in plain language (e.g. "Getting More Clients", "Money & Cash Flow", "Cyber Security"). The system filters to offers relevant to your categories only.
2
Your three matches
ARC hand-picks three vetted specialists against your brief and shows you their offers. Each offer is free to access, with a stated dollar value. Only VV-coded offers appear (VV = vetted, visible, active).
3
Rank your priorities
Arrange your selected offers in priority order using the arrows. Your Priority 1 offer's discovery questions are shown below — these are what you'll answer before your session.
4
Register & book
Enter your name, email, phone (optional), and business name. Click Register & Book — your details and offer selections are sent to Darren, and Calendly opens to lock in your group session time.
💡
After registration, you'll receive the 6 discovery questions for your Priority 1 offer by email. Answer them before your group session — the specialist will have your answers before you walk into the room.

🏫 Education

The Education pillar has two sections:

Courses

Self-paced courses built by ARC specialists. Currently in development. Register your interest and you'll be notified when your topic is available. Coming: AI & Automation for Business Owners, Cash Flow Fundamentals, Game On! Business Design, Cyber Security Essentials.

Info Sessions

Live fortnightly ARC group info sessions — free to attend. Book via the Calendly link. Industry Spotlight sessions (monthly, hub-specific) are coming soon.

🏫
Info Sessions are free forever.

💰 Wealth Creation

The Wealth Creation pillar is for business owners ready to build assets beyond their business. Two sections:

Wealth Creation Info Sessions & Opportunities

Fortnightly wealth creation sessions hosted by Darren with vetted wealth specialists. Book via Calendly. Vetted investment opportunities will be listed here as they become available — always presented with full context, no pressure.

Wealth Creation Courses

Structured courses covering wealth building for Australian business owners. Coming: From Business to Wealth, Property as a Wealth Vehicle, Understanding Investment Structures. Register your interest to be notified.

🌟 Passion Permit

A Passion Permit is your gateway to starting anything new inside ARCverse — a business, a group, a club, a project, a movement, or anything else you want to build.

What you can start with a Permit

New Business / Mastermind Group / Club or Community / Study Circle / Project or Initiative / Industry Group / Creative Venture / Lunch Club / Digital Product / Investment Vehicle / Social Movement / Something Else.

What you get

A dedicated Facilitator as concierge, access to ARC Solutions matched to your project, group sessions and specialist introductions, and ARCclubs access (coming).

2

4

🌟
Passion Permits are free to apply. ARC vets every application — this is how the network stays high quality.

👤 Profiles

The Profiles section is the SP directory — browse all Solutions Providers inside ARC by hub, or search by name, business, or industry.

What you can see on a profile

SP name and business, hub assignment, VV code, offer title and value, discovery questions, ideal client description, LinkedIn and website links, founding/advisory status.

Connecting

Click "Connect" on any profile to send a connection request. In Phase 1 this fires an email. When ARCverse profile login is live, connections will be tracked and logged — every introduction attributable back to the network.

Full profile access is free.

🤝 Groups

Groups are vetted communities hosted inside ARCverse. Every group has a host (a Facilitator or Passion Permit holder) and a defined format, rules, and access type.

Current Groups

Founders Think Tank — hosted by Darren Wallace / ARC Hub. Fortnightly online session for Australian business founders. Honest peer conversation. No pitching. Application required. Limited seats.

How to apply to a group

1
Browse Groups
Go to arcverse.world → Groups. Each card shows the host, format, access type, and session frequency.

3
Apply for a Seat
Fill in the join application (name, email, what you do, why you want to join). Sent directly to the host. Response within 48 hours.

Every group page has a "Contact the Host" button which opens a pre-addressed email to the host directly.

Starting your own group

Apply for a Passion Permit selecting "Club or Community" or "Mastermind Group". Once approved, your group will be listed on the Groups page.

Group admin (hosts only)

Hosts access the edit interface at arcverse.worldgroups-admin.html. PIN protected. Editable fields: name, tagline, overview, frequency, size, format, duration, access type, cost, rules, and upcoming sessions. Changes save immediately and appear live on the group page.

🔍 Find Someone

Find Someone is the network's referral and reconnection tool. Post a request for an industry referral ("Does anyone know a good immigration lawyer in Melbourne?") or to find a specific person.

Posting a request

1
Choose type
Industry / specialty (e.g. a type of specialist) or Specific person (name or description).
2
Describe what you need
Industry/name, context and detail, optional location.
3
Enter your details
Name (full or first name only), email (where responses come to), optional LinkedIn.
4
Post
Goes live immediately on the board. Included in the weekly member digest.

Responding to a request

Click Respond on any request card. Fill in your name, LinkedIn URL, and a short message. Click Send — your response goes directly to the requester's email with your LinkedIn profile attached.

🔗
How ARC connections work: When you respond, the requester receives your name, LinkedIn profile URL, and message by email. Your email address is NOT shared — LinkedIn is the bridge. Once connected on LinkedIn, you take the conversation wherever it needs to go. ARC's facilitator is cc'd on every introduction.

Weekly digest

Every week, active Find Someone requests are compiled into a digest email sent to all ARC members. If you've posted a request, the whole network sees it weekly until it's resolved.

📄 Notice Board

The Notice Board aggregates everything happening in the network in one place. Three tabs:

Find Someone tab

Mirrors all active Find Someone requests. Click Respond to go to the Find Someone page and submit your response.

Announcements tab

Official announcements from ARC Hub. Platform updates, new features, and network news.

Opportunities tab

🎥 Group Session Model

ARC runs two fortnightly sessions (Tuesday and Thursday offset). Here's how a session runs:

1
Pre-session
Members who registered and answered their questions are assigned to breakout rooms by offer. SP receives a brief: member name + their answers to the discovery questions.
2
Opening
Fac opens the main room — 10 minutes. Network intro, session agenda, housekeeping.
3
Breakout rooms
4–6 rooms run simultaneously. Each room: one SP + all members who selected that offer. 20–30 minutes. VA in each room (human assistant from ARC's VA partner network).
4
Post-session
Attendance logged. Lead quality score updates. Qualified leads (answered + attended) released to SPs. Hot leads managed separately by Fac.
💡
Hot leads bypass the session cycle. If a member shows urgent need (same-day responses, crisis situation, or strong referral) the Fac manages the intro directly without waiting for the next session.
