ARCverse
The rooms are already in session.
A facilitated community of businesses, arranged into arenas — not a directory you get listed in.
Operators, specialists, founders and facilitators, working inside arenas and the hubs those arenas hold. You are matched into the parts of it that fit what you are trying to do, and a person — not an algorithm — makes the introduction. Nothing here scores you and nothing here ranks you.
How ARC is put together
It is one structure, not a stack of products.
Everything you can reach from here — a room, a date, an introduction, a piece of work — sits somewhere in the four layers below. Knowing which one you are in is most of knowing where you are.

01
Arenas
An arena is a whole area of industry — a place inside ARC, not a tag on your profile. The live catalogue is further down this page, read when you loaded it.
Business is not one of them. In ARC, business is a community that runs across every arena rather than a room you sit in — which is why it does not appear in the list.
-
02
Hubs
Inside an arena sit hubs, and ARC builds three kinds: service, program and project. So a hub can be a group of specialists, a course being taught, or a piece of work actually being done.
That is the difference between ARC and a membership list. A hub is somewhere to be, not something to be on.
-
03
Facilitators
Introductions inside ARC are made by a Facilitator — a person who knows both sides and carries the consequence of getting it wrong — rather than by a matching algorithm.
You are not given a match percentage, and there is no score anywhere on this page. That is a design ruling, not an omission.

04
The people in it
Members, specialists and corporate participants sit inside the same structure rather than in separate products, so a member looking for a specialist is looking inside ARC rather than outside it.
That is what the arrangement is for, and it is not finished. The objectives below are ARC saying out loud where it is not yet true. What is on is the visible edge of it.
The arenas
Business is a community here, not one of the arenas.
An arena has its own rooms and its own people, and ARC mints a new one when a programme needs it. So nothing on this page counts to a fixed number — including the sentence you are reading.
What is on
Dated, or it does not appear.
Read live from ARC’s public events when this page loads. Nothing here is a sample, and if the read fails this section says so rather than showing you an empty list.
How can I help?
Things ARC is trying to do this quarter.
Not tasks assigned to you, and not a points system. These are real goals an arena or a hub is working toward, each with the one thing a member can actually do about it.
Representative — ARC Objectives are not stored in the database yet, so nothing below is a live read
Build the B2C directory to 200 listings by 31 October.
The directory only works for a member once their own customers can find things in it, and it is nowhere near that yet. What helps is inviting the local businesses you already use — the restaurant, the sparky, the accountant.
The action: send one invite link. It carries your member number, so the person you invited stays connected to you.
The Finance arena needs three more accountants who actually serve small business.
Members keep asking for one and the arena keeps sending them outside ARC, which is the thing ARC exists not to do. Generalist practices are not the gap; people who work with one-to-six-venue operators are.
The action: name someone. A Facilitator makes the approach, not you.
Nothing is being asked of you here.
This section has no streak, no score and no completion state. If you do none of it, nothing happens to your standing in ARC — because the moment it did, it would stop being help and start being a scoreboard.
Stated because a section like this one is where a points system usually gets in.
ARC intelligence
Reserved, and empty on purpose.
Purple is ARC’s colour for intelligence and it appears nowhere else on this page. This band is the place that capability will occupy when it exists.
