- Report bad behaviour — if you experience or witness anything that violates these rules, report it. Reports can be made anonymously.
- Be professional — engage with the intent to genuinely help and be helped. Your reputation inside this network compounds over time.
- Protect member privacy — do not share or use other members' contact details outside of ARC without their explicit permission.
- No harassment or discrimination — this community is inclusive. Behaviour targeting anyone based on gender, race, religion, or background will result in immediate removal.
