Facilitators
Facilitators are the people who help ARC communities and Hubs work in practice. They bring the right people together, support collaboration and help keep the activity of a Hub moving.
Why it matters
ARC is built around relationships and collaboration. The Facilitator helps turn those relationships into organised activity, opportunities and useful outcomes.
What the Facilitator does
A Facilitator helps:
- bring suitable people together
- support collaboration
- keep a Hub moving
- help members work together effectively
- maintain the Hub's record
- support the development of the Hub
The ARC connection
Every Collaboration Hub has a Facilitator. The role is part of the structure that allows a Hub to operate rather than simply being another informal group.
